Process Explorer is a small application that can display information about the workings of a computer, as well as showing what applications are running or handle extension application exe, cmd, Etc., and processes have opened or loaded. The Process Explorer display consists of two sub-windows. The top window always shows a list of the currently active processes, including the names of their own account, whereas the information displayed in the bottom window depends on the mode that Process Explorer.
Process Explorer also has a powerful search capability that will quickly show certain processes that have handles opened or DLLs loaded.
