You just need the applicaion, empty flasdisk, and an iso file of windows like Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, or Windows 10.

How to make Bootable Windows with Rufus 2.7
- Download application Bootable Windows with Rufus 2.7
- Run the application and will show like above picture
- Insert the flasdisk/USB and iso file of windows
- In device you chose the flasdisk/USB that you want use as bootable
- Parttion scheme and target type chose GPT
- In file system use the default type system that is FAT32
- Cluster size is will fill automaticly adjust the flashdisk/USB you use
- Bring the name of new volume label
- Choose the iso file of windows in icon CD
- Click start button
- Wait until file finish copying in your flashdisk/USB
